Our weekend camps give adults the chance to focus on and improve their wellbeing in shorter, more manageable bursts. The programme is serious science, yet fun, and tailored to each individual participant.
Camp Wellbeing is a high performance wellbeing camp facilitated by Dr. Aaron Jarden and staff and graduate students from the Human Potential Centre. These are New Zealand's experts in wellbeing, physical activity, and nutrition sciences. They will guide and enable your wellbeing discovery and implementation.
Relax and learn on camp. Take time out of your busy life to slow down, prioritise, and focus on what is most important to you now and over the longer term. In an engaging and relaxing setting, learn the skills to empower improvements in your personal wellbeing.
