Our camps give adults the chance to focus on and improve their wellbeing in shorter, more manageable bursts. The programme is serious science, yet fun, and tailored to each individual participant.
Camp Wellbeing is a high performance wellbeing camp facilitated by Associate Professor Aaron Jarden and other Masters and Phd level qualfied staff. These are trained and experienced experts in psychogical wellbeing who will guide and enable your wellbeing discovery and enablement.
Relax and learn on camp. Take time out of your busy life to slow down, prioritise, and focus on what is most important to you now and over the longer term. In an engaging and relaxing setting, learn the skills to empower improvements in your personal wellbeing.
